Arzti can read surface thoughts with ease. BUT I want permission from YOU to apply that to your character(s)! Just not being OOCly comfortable with it is fine, but if there's an IC-reason his ability wouldn't work on your character(s), letting me know the reason(s) would be super. EDIT: After practicing more with him, I am completely overhauling this ability. Leaving the post (for now) but it'll be on something else soon.
